  • Deferred Compensation Retirement Plan (DCRP)

    This plan is available only to U.S. EMC employees who are Director level and above. The DCRP allows participants to defer up to 85% of eligible bonus and commission payments as well 25% of base pay. Defer this compensation for a fixed number of years or until retirement, when it can be taken in a lump sum or in installments.
