    Sure, good health is its own reward. But wait…there’s more! Through the Healthy Rewards Program, EMC rewards you with lower medical plan contribution rates when you make healthy choices. (If you choose Employee + Spouse/Domestic Partner or Family coverage, both you and your spouse/domestic partner need to participate for a full Healthy Rewards discount on your medical plan contributions.)

    1. Health Review (formally Health Risk Assessment): During Healthcare Open Enrollment, take the Health Review to assess your current health status and understand potential future risks.
      • Log in to HealthLink; (Access via single sign-on.)
      • Select Healthy Rewards Step 1: Take Your Health Review from your action plan. You can earn up to a $250 credit for completing your Health Review. Your Spouse/Domestic Partner can also earn up to a $250 credit for completing their Health Review. 
    2. Healthy Rewards - Points for Good Health
      In 2017 you can earn up to $200 by completing a variety of healthy actions. Each activity is assigned a point value and every 50 points achieved is redeemable for a $50 gift card! This can be repeated four times to earn a maximum amount of $200. Here are just a few ways you can earn your rewards:  

       - Biometric Screening: Know your numbers and earn 50 points.

       - Group Exercise Class: Get motivated, get moving and earn 10 points.

       - Health Webinars: Attend a free webinar and earn 10 points.

       - My Health Assistant: Set small goals toward eating better, exercising more, managing stress, or losing weight and monitor your success along the way. Set and complete a goal for 10 points.

       - WebMD Health Coaching: Consult with a professional health coach during one-on-one phone calls. Earn up to 50 points
